The South East Central Railways (SECR) zone was formerly part of South Eastern Railways. But in 2003, it was inaugurated as South East Central Railways. Its headquarters is located at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. SECR has two divisions i.e. Bilaspur and Nagpur.

Post Name – Apprentice Trainee

The period of apprenticeship and stipend: Selected candidates will be engaged as the apprentice and they will undergo apprenticeship training for a period of 1 year for each trade They will be paid stipend during their training as per the rules of State Government of Chhattisgarh. Their training will be terminated after the completion of their apprenticeship.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (As on 16/August/2018)

Minimum – 15 Years

Maximum – 24 Years

Age Relaxation (Upper Age Limit) –

SC/ST – 05 Years, OBC – 03 Year

Educational Qualifications

1. Candidate must have passed the 10th examination under 10+2 systems form a recognized Board

2.ITI course in relevant trade from a recognized Institution

Mode of Selection for South East Central Railway Recruitment 2018-Candidates will be selected through following steps:

1.Merit (On the basis of Class 10th and ITI marks)

Steps to fill Online Application Form

1. Before applying to Online Applicants have valid email & Scanned copies of photo, signature.

2. Candidates log on to http://www.secronline.com/

3. Click on “Click here for New Registration”, if you are a new user.

4. Complete the Registration & Click on “Submit”.

5. After Registration, Log in with Registered Number & Password.

6. Fill the all details in the application & upload Photo, Signature.

7. Take a print out of Online application for future use.

NOTE

1. The online application completed in all respect. can be submitted through online from 18.08.2018 to 09.09.2018 (18:00 hrs.) No physical copy of the application is required to be sent to Raipur.

2. Applications must be submitted online only on the web address www.secr.indianrailways.gov.in

3. If a candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC community, the should upload recent caste certificate issued by competent authority on the above web portal. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate.

4. No traveling Allowance/Daily Allowance shall be paid to the candidates. The candidates will have to upload the soft/scanned copy of the present passport size color photograph and scanned signature along with necessary documents pertaining to educational/technical qualification on the website.

5. Candidature of the candidate shall be canceled if he/she fails to produce the required original testimonials for verification or any discrepancy noticed.
