Job Location: New Delhi

General Manager:

Salary: Rs. 1,00,000 – Rs. 2,60,000/- Per Month

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E

Other Qualifications:

1. Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering (Minimum marks) or its equivalent (Regular) from a recognized University/lnstitute.

2. Experience : For Candidates working in Govt./PSUs : The candidate should have minimum 15 years post qualification experience in the field of Civil Works i.e construction of roads, bridges, buildings and Highways, out of which minimum two years working experience in the Pay scale of Its. 37400-67000 (CDA – pre-revised) (with grade pay of Rs. 8700/- equivalent to IDA Pay Scale Rs. 90000-240000/-) or in the pay scale of Rs. 90000-240000,’- (IDA). Or For Candidates working in Private Sectior : The candidate should have minimum 15 years post qualification experience in the field of Civil Works i.e construction of roads, bridges, buildings and Highways, out of which minimum two years working experience in the CTC of Rs. 15 Lakhs per annum in a Company having its turnover of Rs. 100 Crores.

Age: Maximum 45 years as on 01.06.2018

Senior Manager:

Salary: Rs. 80,000 – Rs. 2,20,000/- Per Month

Qualification: MBA/PGDM

Other Qualifications:

1. Essential Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or is equivalent (Min. 60% marks) (Regular) from a recognized University/lnstitute.

2. Experience : For Candidates working in Govt]PSUs : The candidate should have minimum 10 years post qualification experience in the field of marketing activities, out of which minimum two years working experience in the Pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100 (CDA — pre-revised) with grade pay of Rs. 7600/- or in the pay scale of Rs. 70000-200000/- (IDA). Or For Candidates working in Private Sectior : The candidate should have minimum 10 years post qualification experience in the field of marketing activities, out of which minimum two years working experience in the CTC of Rs. 1 1 Lakhs per annum in a Company having its turnover of Rs. 100 Crores.

Age: Maximum 40 years as on 01.06.2018
