Ketaki and Roshni barely had any time to recover from the unceremonious visit by Vandana – The Ghost of CAT Past when the CBT CAT 2009 announcement hit the local newspapers, bringing in more revelations and surprises. Ketaki and Roshni were left clueless about what to do and how to prepare for the CBT CAT. They decided to communicate with Vandana using a certain “Planchette” method that they’d heard of in college. They thought only she could help allay their fears, being their only link to the paranormal world. They recited a few incantations and suddenly, the lights went off and the climate became extremely chilly. The room began to shake and a weird mist engulfed the room. A red light filled the room from outside the window and frost seemed to condense on the window.
Suddenly a voice ran through the room: “How dare you awaken the dead!!! You silly girls!!! You are now destined for doom.” The girls tried reasoning with the voice but to no avail. Suddenly, numbers started appearing on the window panes as though an invisible hand was writing on them from outside the window.
